- Lasagna sheets (fresh or dry)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- a handful of fresh spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 fresh tomatoes or 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- homemade or store-bought béchamel
- grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan or other)
Finely chop the zucchini and bell pepper.
Quickly sauté the spinach in a hot frying pan for 2 minutes.
Prepare the béchamel by melting butter, adding flour, then warm milk while stirring.
Add a pinch of nutmeg to the béchamel.
In a dish, start with a thin layer of béchamel.
Alternate layers: pasta, vegetables, béchamel, and grated cheese until all ingredients are used up.
Finish with a generous layer of grated cheese.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
Feel free to personalize the recipe with other vegetables according to the season. For a stronger flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or thyme.
